A Request
The writing group I'm in is the Alpha Mercs, an offshoot of the Writer Dojo podcast. They've been extremely helpful to me. One of the founding members of the Alpha Mercs, TC Ross, is seriously ill and could use prayers and support.

We are anthology buddies in Wyrd West, and I highly recommend her stories in Giant Freakin Robots and Full Steam Ahead (which is my favorite anthology from the last year, every story in this one is great). Alas, the author share of an anthology is small.
She has one novel out, Rex Regis. It's a wholesome fantasy romance, but not a typical one — certainly not a typical one with werewolves. There's no borderline-abuse alpha nonsense here. It's a fast and fun read with sympathetic, engaging characters and some interesting world-building.
In about a week, Raconteur Press is going to release Giant Squeeing Robots, and TC Ross is the editor for this anthology.
I submitted a story to this one, but it wasn't accepted. Since my own story isn't too bad, that means the stories that were accepted are going to be great. I'll have a post about that when it releases, along with the story that didn't make it.
